Are we best on the outside or inside?

Dear Sir,

I would like to ask who is acting responsibly in this referendum debate?

You might ask is responsibility a dated value and responsibility to whom or what.

We have enjoyed the responsibility of controlling a large portion of the globe over the last few hundred years.

I argue we therefore hold a responsibility of ensuring it and the remainder live in peace and prosperity for the next.

We face issues such as terrorism, mass migration and climate change that demand a global approach.

Are we better equipped to help the world deal with these challenges from inside or outside the eu?
