Waggs Road Planning Process Concerning

Dear Sir, - I would like to comment on your leading article in last week's Chronicle concerning a fresh planning application for housing off Waggs Road in Congleton.
I feel this is interfering with local residents' quality of life, irrespective of the decision reached.
It is the length of the overall process in which previous applications went as far as the High Court to be rejected that concerns me.
The issue seems to be that Bellway Homes think they can succeed when a previous application
The process is clearly at fault. What we need is a bar on further similar applications for say has been lost to appeal. - Yours faithfully,
